A RESOLUTION )EFINING A CLASS "A' MOBILE HOME AS A SINGLE-
FAMILY DETACHED DWELLING UNIT IN THE AG-5 (AGRICULTURAL - 1
DUI5 ACRES) ZONING DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, based on the
testimony and evidence, including but not limited to the staff report, has made the following
determinations:
William Giraldo presented a petition to Define a 28 foot by 76 foot Redman Class "A"
Mobile Home as a Detached Single-Family Dwelling Unit in the AG-5 (Agricultural- 1
du/5 acres) Zoning District for the property described below.
On January 21, 20:)3, this Board held a public hearing on the petition, after
publishing a notice o-' such hearing and notifying by mail all owners of property within
500 feet of the subject property.
The Class "A" Mobile Home determination is consistent with all elements of the St.
Lucie County Comp'ehensive Plan and has satisfied the standards of review set
forth in Section 11.05.02(D) of the St. Lucie County Land Development Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE I- RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie
County, Florida:
A. The St. Lucie Count~ Board of County Commissioners has determined that the request of
William Giraldo to Define a 28 foot by 76 foot Redman Class "A" Mobile Home as a Detached
Single-Family Dwelling Unit to be located on that property described as follows:
BUFFALO CREEK SUBDIVISION, LOT 1. (TAX ID#: 2329-601-0001-00018).
(Location:
West side of Brocksmith Road, approximately 0.6 mile north of Okeechobee
Roadl
is consistent with the requirements of Section 11.05.02(D) of the St. Lucie County Land
Development Code, and is hereby approved. The General Location Map and Area Subject to the
Class "A" Mobile Home Permit are attached as Exhibit "A".
B. A copy of this resolution shall be placed on file with the St. Lucie County Community
Development Director.
