A RESOLUTION PROHIBITING
"U" TURNS ON RESERVE BLVD.
FROM THE 1-95 RIGHT OF WAY
TO COMMERCE CENTER DRIVE,
IN ST. LUClE COUNTY, FLORIDA
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida,
has made the following determinations,
1. Section 316.008(1)(i), Florida Statutes, authorizes
Board to regulate or prohibit the turning of vehicles.

2. Reserve 3oulevard from 1-95 right of way to Commeme Center
Ddve is under St. Lucie County jurisdiction.
3. Due to the increase in Traffic on this roadway, the Road & Bridge Division of the Public
Works Department of St. Lucie County has recommended that "U" turns be prohibited on Reserve
Boulevard from the 1-95 ri;Iht of way to Commerce Center Drive.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County of St. Lucie
County Commissioners of S. Lucie County:
1. "U" Turns are prohibited on Reserve Boulevard from the
1-95 right of way to Commerce Center Drive.
2. The St. Lucie County Road and Bridge Manager is hereby directed to erect No
"U" Turn signs on this section of Reserve Boulevard.
3. The County Administrator is hereby directed to provide copies of this resolution to the
Sheriff of St. Lucie County, a~d the St. Lucie County Road and Bridge Manager.
