WItEREAS, subsequent to the a2option of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget
for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become
available in the form of a $300,000 grant from Office of Tourism, Trade, and Economics.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 241h day of June, 2003, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes,
such funds are hereby appropnatec for the fiscal year 2002-2003, and the County's budget is hereby amended
as follows:
