WHEREAS, subsequent to the ado[ tion of the St. Lucie County Board of County Comrmssioners budget for St. Lucie
County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available in the form of
reimbursement of $9,630 hnnp sram from the State of Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), for the
maintenance and operation of light[ag on the State Highway System.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Comnnssioners to adopt a resolution
to appropriate and expend such funcs.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT KE~OLVED by the Board of County comn%sioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, in
meeting assembled this 24TM day of )une, 2003, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, such funds are hereby.
appropriated for the fiscal year 2002-03, and the Count~fsbudget is hereby amended as follows:
