DRAINAGE EASEMENT
ON Bi ~HALF OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, that:
The foregoing Drainage Easement from Freedom Plastic is duly accepted on behalf of
St. Lucie County this 4 day of February, 2003.

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that the undersigned, F-P
Investments,LTD, a Wisconsin Corporation, "GRANTORS", whose mailing
address is 215 South Arch Street, Janesville, WI 53545-4418, for
and in consideration of the sum of One Dollars ($1.00), to them in
hand paid the recezpt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby
convey and grant to ST. LUCIE COUNTY, a Political Subdivision of
the State of Florida, "GRANTEE", whose mailing address is 2300
Virginia Avenue, Ft. Pierce, FL 34982, for the use and benefit of
the general public the privilege and easement for the installation,
maintenance, operation, repair, replacement, or renewal of drainage
facilities in, under, upon, along, over, and across the following
described land in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
The thirty five (35') foot easement will encompass
the drainage banal and approximately fifteen (15')
feet for mainmenance access.
SEE EXHIBIT "A" AND "A-I" ATTACHED
TO ~IAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the GRANTEE, its successors and
assigned forever.
Access to the above strip of land over the adjoining lands of the
GRANTORS is hereby granted. The GRANTEE may remove, cut or trim
trees, bushes, and saplings growing upon or extending over said
strip of land so far as may be reasonably necessary in the
installation, maintenance, operation, repair, replacement, or
renewal of any of 5he above mentioned utilities or improvements.
The GRANTORS reserze the use of said strip of land for any use not
inconsistent here%ith, but no buildings or structures shall be
erected or placed on said strip of land by GRANTORS. The rights
herein granted may be assigned in whole or in part.

The undersigned hereby covenant and warrant that they own the said
land and have the right to grant this easement.
