HomeMy WebLinkAbout03-009 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 33 34 35 36 37 38 39 40 41 42 43 44 45 RESOLUTION 03-009 FILE NO.: MH-O3-002 A RESOLUTIOI DEFINING A CLASS "A' MOBILE HOME AS A SlNGLE-FAM LY DETACHED DWELLING UNIT IN THE AG- 5 (AGRICULTU - 1 DUI5 ACRES) ZONING DISTRICT WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, based on the testimony and evidence, including, but not limited to the staff report, has made the following determinations: Pam Knislev presented a petition to Define a 32-foot by 64-foot "Homes of Merit" Class "A" Mobile Home as a Detached Single-Family Dwelling Unit in the AG-5 (Agricultural - 1 du/5 acres) Zoning District for the property described below. On April 1, 2003, this Board held a public hearing on the petition, after publishing a notice of such hearing and notifying by mail all owners of property within 500 feet of the subject property. The Class "A" Mobile Home determination is consistent with all elements of the St. Lucie County Comprghensive Plan and has satisfied the standards of review set forth in Section 11.0~ .02(D) of the St. Lucie County Land Development Code. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida: A. The St. Lucie County 3oard of County Commissioners has determined that the request of Pam Knisley to Define a 32-foot by 64-foot "Homes of Merit" Class "A" Mobile Home as a Detached Single-Family Dwelling Unit to be located on that property described as follows: COMMENCE AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE SOUTHEAST % OF SECTION 17, TOWNSHIP 35 SOUTI-, RANGE 39 EAST, ST. LUClE COUNTY, FLORIDA, RUN NORTH 89053'50" EAST, ALO ~IG THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID SECTION 17, A DISTANCE OF 49.00 FEET, TO THE EAST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF BROCKSMITH ROAD AND THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE, RUN NORTH 00°21 '37" WEST, ALONG THE SAID EAST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE, A DISTANCE OF 1,297.72 FEET; THENCE, RUN NORTH 89°38'23" EAST, A DISTANCE OF 2,568.76 FEET, TO THE WEST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF NORTH ST. LUClE WATER CONTROL DISTRICT CANAL NO. 62; THENCE, RUN SOUTH 00'11 '54" EAST, ALONG THE SAID WEST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE, A DISTANCE OF 1,309.25 FEET, TO THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID SECTION 17; THENCE, RUN SOUTH 89053'50" WEST, ALO ~/G THE SAID SOUTH LINE, A DISTANCE OF 2,565.08 FEET, TO THE EAST RIGHT-OF-WAY OF BROCKSMITH ROAD AND THE POINT OF BEGINNING; ALL LYING AND BEING IN SECTION 17, TOWNSHIP 35 SOUTH, RANGE 39 EAST, ST. LUClE COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND CONTAINING 76.81 ACRES, MORE OR LESS. (TAX ID#: 2317-431-0e00-O0013). East side of Brocksmith Road, approximately 1.9 mi es north of Okeechobee Road) is consistent with the requ rements of Section 11.05.02(D) of the St. Lucie County Land Development Code, and is hereby approved. The General Location Map and Area Subject to the Class "A" Mobile Home Permit are attached as Exhibit "A". B. A copy of this resolgtion shall be placed on file with the St. Lucie County Community Development Director.
