LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, based on the testimony and evidence, inc uding, but not limited to the staff report, has made the following determinations: David and Nicole Miler, presented a petition for a change in zoning from the AR-1 (Agricultural, Resider~tial - 1 du/acre) Zoning Distdct to the RE-2 (Residential, Estate - 2 du/acre) Zoning District for the property depicted on the attached maps as Exhibit "A" and described below On October 17, 2002, the St. Lucie County Planning and Zoning Commission held a public hearing on the petition, after publishing notice at least 10 days prior to the hearing and notifying by mail all owners of property within 500 feet of the subject property, and recommended that the Board of County Commissioners approve a change in zoning from the AR-1 (Agr, cultural, Residential - 1 du/acre) Zoning District to the RE-2 (Residential, Estate - 2 du/acre) Zoning District for the property described in Part A below. On November 12, 2002, this Board held a public hearing on the petition, after publishing notice at least 10 days prior to the hearing and notifying by mail all owners of property within 500 feet of the subject property. The proposed chang9 in zoning has satisfied the requirements of Section 11.06.03 of the St. Lucie County Land Development Code and is consistent with the goals, objectives, and policies of the St. Lucie County Comprehensive Plan. The proposed chance in zoning is consistent with the existing and proposed use of property in the surrounding area. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ~ESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida: The proposed Change in the Zoning Distdct Classification from the AR-1 (Agricultural, Residential - I du/acre) Zoning District to the RE-2 (Residential, Estate - 2 du/acre) Zoning District for that property depicted on the attached maps as Exhibit "A" and described as follows: File No.: RZ-02-019 November 12, 2002 Resolution 02-159 Page 1 OR BOOK 1739 PROE 1205 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 3O 31 32 33 34 35 36 37 38 CHILDERS SUBDIVISION, LOT 3. (Location: 3531 South 25th Street. West side of South 25th Street, approximately 500 feet sc uth of the F.E.C. Railroad right-of-way) owned by David and Nicole Miller, is hereby approved. The St. Lucie Coun'y Community Development Director is hereby authorized and directed to cause the ;hange to be made on the Official Zoning Map of St. Lucie County, Florida, and to make notation of reference to the date of adoption of this resolution.
