A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FUTURE
MAINTENANCE AND OTHER ATTENDANT
COST~ OCCURRING AFTER COMPLETION OF
THE PROJECT FOR THE PORTION OF THE
PROJECT ON THE COUNTY SYSTEM IN
CONNECTION WITH THE STATE OF FLORIDA
OFFICE OF TOURISM, TRADE AND
ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT (OTTED)
PROJECT, IDENTIFIED AS PROJECT
NUMBER 02/0356A
WHEREAS,
County,

the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie
Florida, has made the following determinations:
On March 31, 2003, the State of Florida Office of Tourism,
and Economic Development (OTTED) and St. Lucie County on
of Tropicana Products, Inc. Economic Development
Transportation Fund Business (EDTF Business) entered into an
Agreement wherein tke County is prepared to complete the Project at
total cost of five hundred sixty-five thousand
an estimated
($565,000.00) dollars; and that (OTTED) is prepared to provide
three hundred thousand ($300,000.00) dollars toward the total
project cost of construction of the transportation project
described in Section 1.0 of the March 31, 2003 Agreement.
2. In order for the project Funds made available by (OTTED)
to be released to the County, it is necessary for a resolution to
be adopted accepting future maintenance and other attendant costs
occurring after completion of the Project for the portion of the
Project on the County System.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida:
1. This Board does hereby accept future maintenance and other
attendant costs occurring after completion of the project for the
portion of the Project on the County System in connection with the
State of Florida Office of Tourism, Trade and Economic Development
Project, identified as Project Number 02/0356A.
The County Administrator is hereby directed to send a copy
resoluticn to Ms.
Office of Tourism,
Suite 2001,
