WHEREAS, subsequent to the adc ption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget for
St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available in
the amount of $5,000 in donations from the Lloyd E. Seese Trust for Improvements O/T Buildings.
WHEREAS, Section I29.06 (d), F orida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expen~ such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this ~ 4th day of June, 2003, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, such
funds are hereby appropriated for tke fiscal year 2002-03, and the County's budget is hereby amended as
follows:
