A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMIS5IONERS FOR ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA
REVISING THE ACCRUED GUARANTEED REVENUE
CHARGE AND ESTABLISHING A RECLAIMED WATER
RATE AND RECLAIMED WATER DEPOSIT FOR
CUSTOMERS SERVED BY ST. LUCIE COUNTY UTILITIES
SOUTH HUTCHINSON ISLAND DISTRICT AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners for St. Lucie County, Florida, (the
"Board") adopted ResolutDn No. 97-128, which set the Schedule of Rates, Fees and Charges for
the St. Lucie County Utilities South Hutchinson Island District; and
WItEREAS, the Board, on the advice and recommendation of its utility staff and
technical advisors, finds that the revised Accrued Guaranteed Revenue Charge, the Reclaimed
Water Rate and Reclaimed Water Deposit as attached to this Resolution just and equitable and in
the public interest; and
WHEREAS, the Board provided written notice of the proposed revision to the Accrued
Guaranteed Revenue Charge, and the proposed establishment of a Reclaimed Water Rate and
Reclaimed Water Deposit to the utility customers within the St. Lucie County Utilities South
Hutchinson Island District which notice set forth the date, time and place of the meeting of the
Board at which such propo,' ed revisions would be considered.
NOW, TItEREFDRE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Th~ Accrued Guaranteed Revenue Charge, the Reclaimed Water Rate
and the Reclaimed Water Deposit for the St. Lucie County Utilities South Hutchinson Island
District attached to this Res >lution are hereby adopted.
Section 2. Th s Resolution shall take effect immediately upon passage.
