A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS FOR ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA
REVISING THE SCHEDULE OF WATER, WASTEWATER
AND RECLAIMED WATER RATES, FEES AND CHARGES
FOR CUgTOMERS SERVED BY ST. LUCIE COUNTY
UTL1TIES H.E.W. LAKEWOOD PARK UTILITY DISTRICT
AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the 3oard of County Commissioners for St. Lucie County, Florida, (the
"Board") previously adopled utility charges for the St. Lucie County H.E.W. Lakewood Park
Utility District; and
WHEREAS, the Board, on the advice and recommendation of its utility staff and
technical advisors, finds that the revised Rates, Fees and Charges set forth in the attached
Schedule are just and equitable and in the public interest; and
WHEREAS, the Board provided written notice of the proposed revision to the Schedule
of Rates, Fees and Charges to the utility customers within the St. Lucie County H.E.W.
Lakewood Park Utility District which notice set forth the date, time and place of the meeting of
the Board at which such proposed revisions would be considered.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF Si'. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Schedule of Rates, Fees and Charges for the St. Lucie County
H.E.W. Lakewood Park Ut lity District attached to this Resolution is hereby adopted.
Section 2. Tbis Resolution shall take effect immediately upon passage. The
Schedule of Rates, Fees a-~d Charges for the St. Lucie County H.E.W. Lakewood Park Utility
District adopted by this Resolution shall be applied commencing with the invoices generated in
the Utility's August billing cycle.
After motion and second, the vote of this Resolution follows:

Whenever developers are required to pay accrued guaranteed revenue fees, the charge for each
equivalent residential connection required to be supported by the guaranteed revenue fees shall be as
