WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Comtmssioners budget
for St. Lucie County, certain ~nds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become
available in the form of a supp emental grant for $670,000 from the Florida Department of Transportation
to provide for additional airfielc lighting rehabilitation at the St. Lucie County International Airport.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (c), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assemblec this 24th day of June, 2003, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida
Statutes, such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2002-2003, and the County's budget is
hereby amended as follows:
