WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget for
St. Lucie County, certain funds no: anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available in
the form of bond proceeds from the refunding of the County's outstanding Sales Tax Refunding Revenue
Bond, Series 1994 and the issuance of Sales Tax Refunding and Improvement Revenue Bond, Series 2003.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), F orida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and exp( nd such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida,
in meeting assembled this 12th day of August, 2003, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Fiodda Statutes, that
such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2002-2003, and the County's budget is hereby
amended as follows:
