WHEREAS, subsequent to the adcption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget for
St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available in
the form ora $10,000 check from -he City of Port Saint Lucie.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RE,SOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 11TM day of March 2003, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes,
such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2002-03, and the County's budget is hereby amended as
follows:

WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget for
St. Lueie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available in
the form of $25,000 contribution fi-om the St. Lucie County School District for the construction of the two new
tennis courts at the Lawnwood Complex.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 25m day of February, 2003, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida
Statutes, such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2002-03, and the Counters budget is hereby
amended as follows:
