WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget for
St. Lucie County, certain funds rot anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available in a
form of additional funding for -he State & Local Assistance Grant from the Florida Dept. of Community
Affairs in the amount of $2,732
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and exoend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 13th day of May, 2003, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes,
such funds are hereby appropria:ed for the fiscal year 2002-2003, and the County's budget is hereby amended
as follows:
