WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County's Erosion District's Budget, certain funds not.
anticipated at the time of the b adget have become available from the Deparlment of Environmental Protection in the
amount of $260,562.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the St. Lucie County Erosion District to adopt a resolution
to appropriate and expend suck funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Erosion District orS t. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting assembled
this 27th day of May~ 2003, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, such funds are hereby appropriated for the
ftscal year 2002-2003, and the Eounty's budget is hereby amended as follows:
