WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget for St. Lucie
County, certain funds not anticipa ed at the time of adoption of the budget have become available in the amount of
$1,800,000 in contributions from the Seminole Tribe of Florida for water and wastewater services.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a resolution
to appropriate and expend such furds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, in
meeting assembled this 22"a day of April, 2003, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, such funds are hereby
appropriated for the fiscal year 20C2-03, and the County's budget is hereby amended as follo;vs:
