WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Mosquito Control District Board budget,
certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available in a form of a
$4,000 contribution from Riv~ Watch.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 ;d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of the St. Lucie County Mosquito
Control District Board to adop. a resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT R -'SOLVED by the Mosquito Control District Board of St. Lucie County, Florida,
in meeting assembled this 14th day of January, 2003, pumuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, such
funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2002-2003, and the District's budget is hereby amended
as follows:
