WItEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of Cotmty Commissioners budget for
St. Lucie County, certain funds no: anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available in
the form of $25,000 contribution from the St. Lucie County School District for the construction of the two new
tennis courts at the Lawnwood Complex.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 25m day of February, 2003, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida
Statutes, such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2002-03, and the County's budget is hereby
amended as follows:
