Upon approval of my request for this modification, t/Vile will assume all liability for any damage incurred as a result of this
modification as well as any additional maintenance costs that may be incurred. I also agree to obtain 5t Lucie County
permits that may be required any other government agencies for this modification, as required.
Architectural Control Committee forms for request of modifications include the painting of one's house / trim and or
driveway, installing a fence (W to 6' white vinyl) on ones property, installing hurricane shutters if not already present,
sprinkler systems, the replacing of roofs and any other modifications that require permissions from the Association or a
permit. Please refer to the Cid Restrictions in your Documents.
