The subject 0.72 acre property is located at 13506 Coco Plum Court in the PUD zoning district.  Exhibit #3: Staff Report: Jeff Johnson  Action Recommended: Denial AGENDA ITEM #4-Petition of Richard & Kathleen Scarpulla for a variance from the provisions of Section 7.06.02 (A)(1) of the St. Lucie County Land Development Code to provide two off -street parking spaces that are two feet less than the minimum 10 foot width requirement and construct a stairway that encroaches 3.6 feet into the minimum 15 foot rear yard building setback that is established for the Venture Harbour subdivision. The subject property is located at 10751 S. PURSUANT TO Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes, if a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Board of Adjustment with respect to any matter considered at a meeting or hearing, he will need a record of the proceedings. For such purpose, he may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. Upon the request of any party to the proceeding, individuals testifying during a hearing will be sworn in. Any party to the proceeding will be granted an opportunity to cross -examine any individual testifying during a hearing upon request. If it becomes necessary, a public hearing may be continued from time to time as may be necessary to a date-certain.
