I have personally inspected the property located at each of the 8 units in Building
4; for the addresses 13250-13264 for the purpose of conducting periodic
inspections of the window installations into both CBS and wood frame walls, of
Permit SLC 1607-0610.
This inspection affidavit is made pursuant to SS468 part XII and 107.6 Affidavits
of the Florida Building Code Building 2014.
1 personally inspected window applications by visually observing the methods of
installation including; but not limited to, installation per the NOA, (Notice of
Acceptance), for each of the window units, sealants, membranes, stucco
accessories, (ASTM 926 and ASTM 1063), fastener spacing, shim spacing, and
flashing for the Florida Building Code 2014.
It is my professional opinion, and to the best of my knowledge and belief, that the
contractors work conforms with the requirements of the Florida Building Code
and the construction documents as required by the St Lucie Building Department
as submitted under the 110.3 Required Inspections of the Florida Building Code
2014.
