This notice serves as the Architectural Committees response to your recent request.

Status: CONDITIONAL APPROVAL TO BEGIN PROJECT
Application to: 1.) Install 6 foot PVC T&G privacy fence to enclose entire rear yard as
indicated in attached. Fence to have Two 4 Ft. wide gates. Contractor: Adron Fence
and 2.) Install screen pool enclosure with screen roof as indicated in attached. This
enclosure replaces existing aluminum mechanical fence and will be placed in same
location. Enclosure to have White Framing and Charcoal Screen with a Mansard Style
Roof and includes 2 doors. Contractor: Kruger Construction Company. NOTE: Prior
to beginning any project involving digging into or covering the ground homeowner
MUST coordinate with HOA Office and Maintenance Staff regarding relocation, addition
or elimination of any Irrigation Sprinkler Heads, including not covering any, to continue
adequate irrigation of lawn. NOTE: Modification(s) to any part of this Conditional
Approval must first be approved by the ACB. CONDITIONAL APPROVAL TO BEGIN
THE WORK.
PLEASE, NOTE: Owner must call office upon completion for final inspection.
