Scope Of Woiik:
* Obtain Re roof permit and posted on the job site.
* Remove the roof to the bare wood,
* Replace up to 3 sheets of plywood for the price of re roof
* Re nail roof up to miami dade cod with 8d's ring shank nails.
* Install a layer of ASTM 30#felt paper with tin tags and R. S.Nails.
* Install 30 drip edge to perimeter of roof,followed by installing all new lead pipes
and goose neck vents..
* Install GAF 3-Tab shingles to the roof.
We propose hereby to furnish material and labor to complete job in accordance
with Specifications and scope of work for the sum of:
4,200-00 (For Thousand and Four hundred TT_ S.Dollars) with payments as follows:
1,200.00 Upon the signing of this proposal.
3,000.00 After final Inspection.
All permits and fees,will be provided by Blake Building Construction.(licensed and Insured CCC1327025).Workmanship to be guaranteed for 7 years.Any/all manufacturers
warranty, applicable. All materials is guaranteed as specified. All work to completed in a working like manner, according to standard practices. Any deviation from
specifications above,involving extra costs,will be executed only upon written orders and will become an extra charge,over and above the proposal.All agreements contingent
upon strikes,accidents or delays beyond our control.
