Status: CONDITIONAL APPROVAL TO BEGIN PROJECT
Application to INSTALL 6 ft. WHITE VINYL PRIVACY FENCE to Enclose Back Yard as
indicated in attached. Fence to have two 6 ft. Gates, one at each side of house.
Contractor: Adron Fence.
NOTE: Pr(gr to beginning any project involving digging into or covering the ground
homeownerMUST contact and coordinate with HOA Office and Maintenance Staff
regarding relocation, addition or elimination of any Irrigation Sprinkler Heads, including
not covering any, to continue adequate irrigation of lawn. NOTE.: Modification(s) to any
part of this Conditional Approval must first be approved by the ACB. Conditional
approval to begin the work SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING: 1.) Fence may not
encroach into the 6 ft. Drainage Easement along rear of property and; 2.) Fencing must
completely enclose the yard.
