Sub section: (9) Commit any willful, fraudulent act as a contractor as result of which another is financially injured. SLC CCL 10-67: Revocation or suspension of certificates of competency. Sub section: (3) Willfully disregards and violates an applicable state or local building code, regulation or law. Staff Recommendation: To suspend the permitting privileges not to exceed thirty (30) days. It is further recommended that this case along with the copy of this Board’s Order be prepared and sent to the State and the surrounding municipalities. I.
