NOTICE
THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS WILL HOLD AN
INFORMAL MONTHLY MEETING ON TUESDAY, DECEMBER 12, 2017
AT 9:00 AM IN CONFERENCE ROOM #3 OF THE ROGER POITRAS
ADMINISTRATION ANNEX LOCATED AT 2300 VIRGINIA AVENUE,
FORT PIERCE, FL.
NOTICE: All Proceedings before this Board are electronically recorded. Any person who decides to appeal any action taken by the Board at these meetings will
need a record of the proceedings and for such purpose may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made. Upon the request of any party to
the proceedings, individuals testifying during a hearing will be sworn in. Any party to the proceedings will be granted the opportunity to cross-examine any
individual testifying during a hearing upon request. Anyone with a disability requiring accommodation to attend this meeting should contact the St. Lucie County
Safety & Risk Manager at (772) 462-1783 or TDD (772) 462-1428 at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the meeting.
Each board, commission, or agency of this state or of any political subdivision thereof shall include in the notice of any meeting or hearing, if notice of the meeting
or hearing is required, of such board, commission, or agency, conspicuously on such notice, the advice that, if a person decides to appeal any decision made by
the board, agency, or commission with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, he or she will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for
such purpose, he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the
appeal is to be based. The requirements of this section do not apply to the notice provided in s. 200.065(3).
