The purpose of our inspection was to determine the presence and attachment of lath at the stucco areas. Therefore, I certify that to the best of my knowledge and belief the type and attachment of the lath is in compliance with the Florida Building Code. Our load analysis was based on current Florida Building Code 2014 requirements, with a wind speed of 160 mph, and exposure category C.
