Work Proposal Estimate:
Olneya Restoration Group will provide all necessary materials and labor to perform the following work in accordance with
Florida Building Codes,Local Codes,OSHA and standard building practices:
Roof Replacement with GAF Dimensional Shingles:
1. Remove entire 9sq of existing roof shingles and TPO system.
2. Re-nail roof deck to meet current code.
3. Install new synthetic underlayment.
4. Install new starter.
t 5. Install new valley metal.
6. Install all new flashings,boots and jacks.
7. Install new GAF Timberline Dimensional Shingle.
8. Install new box vents.
9. Includes replacing up to 3 sheets of decking.
10. Install new impact rated skylight.
11. Install new granulated peel and stick over northern flat deck roof area.
12. Change order may be required depending on condition of roof under TPO system.
13. Includes disposal of all debris,necessary permitting and completing all required inspections.
14. Includes 2 year workmanship and all manufacturers warranties.
