(APT 300) ARLINGTON, VA 22209, to DONALD L. MOORE (A UNMARRIED MAN) AND
ANTHONY MOORE (AN UNMARRIED MAN) AS TENANTS IN COMMON. (second
party), whose mailing address is RESIDING RESPECTIVELY AT 1510 CLARENDON BLVD
(APT 300) AND 801 SOUTH 33RD STREET, FORT PIERCE , FLORIDA 34947.
(Wherever used herein, the terms "first parry" and "second party" include singular and plural.)
The first party, for and in consideration of$100.00, paid by the second party, the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby remise, release, and quitclaim to the second party
forever, all the right, title, interest, claim, and demand that the first party has in and to the
following described lot, piece, or parcel land, situate, lying and being in the county of ST.
LUCIE COUNTY, state of Florida, to wit:
starting at THE INTERSECTION OF THE WEST RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF 33RD ST. WITH
THE SOUTH RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF PETERSON RD, WHICH POINT IS 75 FEET
SOUTH OF THE NORTH LINE OF SECTION 17, TOWNSHIP 35 SOUTH, RANGE 40
EAST; THENCE RUN SOUTH ON THE WEST RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF 33RD ST. A
DISTANCE OF 165 FEET, THENCE WEST, PARALLEL WITH NORTH LINE OF SAID
SECTION, 200 FEET; THENCE RUN NORTH, PARALLEL WITH 33RD ST 165 FEET;
MORE OR LESS TO THE SOUTH RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF PETERSON RD; THENCE
