Good day.Per written correspondence with the Director of Planning and Development Services,Ms. Leslie
Olsen,I am required to file either a Fence Affidavit-or an after-the-fact permit forl'a Fence to abate Code Case
#93227'.As the original fence posts have been in place since 1977 (the fence panels were replaced in 2003),
there is no information available online regarding the original permit number from 1977 (in 2003,we were told
that we did not require a fence permit to only replace panels)and a search of the historic permitting data base did
not contain the required information.I have been told that I require the old permitnumber to file a Fence
Affidavit--is this correct?If so,what is required for an after-the-fact permit?I called Linda Pendarvis on 3/12/18
and left a message with these same questions, and when I did not receive a4eturnicall by 3/13/18,I called again
and spoke with her. She said she had forwarded my questions to code enforcement and also permitting.As of
today, 3/14/18, I still have not received a return call.Additionally,I called you,Debra Zampetti, at 462-1558, on
3/13/18 and left a message with these same questions and as of today, 3/14/18,have not;received a return call.
