As an Inducement for The Porch Factory to enter Into this contract,the signer certifies that the above legal owner and address are correct. It is also understood that there are no verbal agreements and all items discussed are covered by this written contract-this is a proposal until signed by an officer of the corporation at which time It becomes an executed contract. Any additions to this contract shall be covered by a change order. Additional costs of change orders shall be due and payable upon acceptance by the customer. Acceptance by the owner must be within 14 flays of the proposal date orat the option of the seller.They buyer(customer)may cancel this contract within three(3)working days after signing, Any change orders must be in writing and received prior tofinal measurement. 4. Afuli hve year guarantee against defect in purchased assemblies,materials and workmanship goes into effect at completion of this contracted work covered by this contract and any change orders in effect.Any warranty work necessary,however,shall not be done until such time as final payment has been made to thesener. 5. In the event that any work performed by the contractor is wholly or partially destroyed or damaged due to fire,water,vandalism,or any other cause not under the control of the contractor,the loss shall be sustained by the owner,and shall not be the responsibility of the contractor. The undersigned acknowledges receipt of a true copy of this contract and acknowledges that he/she has read and understand the contents thereof and accepts the same on the terms and conditions as stated herein.
