RE: Lot 18—House Demolition
The review of your house demolition request for Lot 18 is complete. The Association
approves of the removal of the unit from lot 18 provided that the lot will be finished with
acceptable pavement for RV parking or Association approved plans for a new home. Lot
must be clean and debris free.
. Please comply with Nettles Island Procedures Governing Contractor and Building
Activity on Nettles Island, and provide us with a copy of the permit.
