Terms and Conditions: This estimate is for completing the job described above, based on our evaluation. Any unforseen conditions such as: mold,
mildew, wood rot, major stucco & drywall repair, replacement of marble sills and/or interior trim, any painting, etc. will be discussed prior to
corrections and a contract addendum will be submitted upon agreement between homeowner and contractor. All workmanship/materials

Product Control Section to be used in Miami Dade County and other areas where allowed by the Authority
