Statement of Compliance: This report evaluates the above-listed product per the requirements
of FAC Product Approval Rule Chapter 61 G20-3.005 (4). This product complies with the
requirements of the 5`h Edition(2014)Florida Building Code,not including the High Velocity
Hurricane Zone or Wind-Zone 4. The product testing standards performed are outlined below.

Limitations of Use: This product:
• May be used up to the sizes and daylight openings with glazing as indicated in CWS-
1069B
• Achieves design pressures of+/-45 psf in the 53-1/87'x76"unit size for flange and fin
• Achieves design pressures of+/-50 psf in the 48"x72"unit size for flange and fin
• Is Large Missile impact resistant and does not require the use of shutters
• May not be used in the High Velocity Hurricane Zone or Wind Zone 4 areas
• Requires Kuraray(Dupont)Butacite PVB Interlayer
• Requires ATN PVC frames with current listing as AAMA 303 Certified Profile Licensee
