In order to.'obtain-a zoning compliance,please complete the application and all other forms included. Mobile Food Vendors are permitted in the commercial General(CG),Industrial Light(IL),Industrial heavy (Ii),and Industrial Extraction M zoning districts. The following information is necessary when applying for a zoning compliance: I. Written permission from the property owner to have a mobile food unit on the subject property. 2. A plot plan of the property with dimensions. Include the location of the mobile food unit as well as any other structures on the property. a.
