SLC CCL 10-26 – Prohibited Activities: Sub section: (9) Commit any willful, fraudulent act as a contractor as a result of which another is financially injured Sub section: (12) Commence or perform work which a county building permit is required without obtaining the appropriate permit. SLC CCL 10-67: Revocation or suspension of certificates of competency. Sub section: (3) Willfully disregards and violates an applicable state or local building code, regulation or law. Sub section: (10) Commit fraud or deceit or other misconduct in the practice of contracting. Sub section: (11) Proceeds on any construction job without first obtaining and posting the required building permits and scheduling required inspections.
