Dear Donna and Brian,
We are in receipt of your request for approval to enclose your rear patio with acrylic windows,
screen the front entry and install gutters and downspouts.
We are pleased to approve your request for a rear Florida Room. Please note that wall air
conditioner units are not allowed.
We have also approved the screening of your front entry_ Please be sure that the company you
have selected is aware that the frame must match the original window frame color and the
screen door must align with the front door to your house. The front porch is never to be
permanently enclosed, i.e. no glass, windows, or wall air conditioner units are allowed. Also,
kick plates are not allowed. If the screens ever become faded, tom or in disrepair and become
an eyesore, you must replace them with new screens.
The installation of the gutters is dependent upon underground piping to the street in the front
and a meeting with Jim Proske, Park Manager, for his decision on where the rear drainage
should be directed. if drainage ever becomes a problem, the gutters and down spouts will need
to be removed.
Please be advised, you must obtain the necessary permits from the County, complying to the
local codes for the above and all work must be done post closing.
