On April 30, 2018 a permit was pulled for address: 5309 Eagle Drive, Fort Pierce, FL 34951.
I sent the permit in the mail along with a detailed letter to contact our office for inspection (see below
for dates)

August 13th, 2018
On October 15th 2018, North County Plumbing received notice of expiration. With our best efforts
we have tried contacting the customer with the provided phone numbers. No response to any calls or
physically mailed copies.
A copy of this Letter has been sent to the address: 5309 Eagle Drive, Fort Pierce, FL 34951
Since this customer is unwilling to comply I respectfully request to relinquish the responsibility on
behalf of North County Plumbing. Please formally respond to North County Plumbing so we know
this matter has been addressed.
