3. PRESSURE TEST TO ENSURE WORK IS DONE PROPERLY.
4. PERMIT IS REQUIRED. CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS BY THE BUILDING
DEPARTMENT.
5. ADMIRAL PLUMBING IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF ANY DRYWALL, TILE, CABINETRY, OR
ANY OTHER ACCESS POINTS MADE TO COMPLETE THE RE -PIPE.
6. IF ANY HOSE BIBS DO NOT WORK AFTER RE -PIPE IS COMPLETE THERE WILL BE ADDITIONAL CHARGES TO RUN HOSE
BIB WATER LINES.
7. ADMIRAL PLUMBING IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DUST OR DUST CLEAN UP.
