are material price increases between contract and start dates. All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a workmanlike manner
according to standard practices with a standard I year warranty. Any alteration,deviation or changes in engineering requirements between contract date and permitting
date from above specifications will become an extra charge over and above estimate. All agreements contingent upon strikes,accidents or delays beyond our control.
Owner to carry fire,tornado andother necessary insurance to protect our materials and.pattially completed project against storm damage,fire,theft vandalism,etc. It is
the nature of concretelmasonry products in the Florida environment to develop minor cracks and these are not a warranty item. The customer will pay for any
costs/expenses incurred if collections/legal action is required to collect balance or extras. Our workers are filly covered by Workmen's Compensation Insurance.
Payment may be available from the Construction Industries Recovery Fund if you lose money on a project performed under contract,where the loss results from
specified violations of Florida Law by a state-licensed contractor. For information about the Recovery Fund aad filing a claim,contact the Florida Construction
Industry Licensing Board.
