does hereby assign,sell,transfer and set over unto the said Assignees all of the rights,interest and
estate of the said Assignors in and to that certain Proprietary Lease,as recorded in O.R. Book 780, Page
2445,Public Records of St.Lucie,Florida,and which Proprietary Lease pertains to Unit 355,in the
Resort known as Ocean Resorts Co-Op,located in St. Lucie County, Florida on land,and described
as follows:
CAMPSITE NO. 355,OCEAN RESORTS,a Co-Operative Campground,being a part of the following
described pang of land:
The South 1000 feet of that part of Government Lot 3,Section 11,Township 34 South,Range 40 East,
St. Lucie County, Florida as measured along the East right of way of State Road A-1-A and lymg East of'
said right of way;Together with all that property lying South of a line running from East to West from the
Atlantic Ocean to the Indian River 3828.75 feet South of and parallel to the North line of Sections 9, 10
and 11,Township 34 South,Range 40 East,and lying West of the right of way of State Road A-1-A,less
the following described parcel.
Beginning at a point on the South line of Section 11,Township 34 South,Range 40 East,said point being
262 feet West of the intersection of the West right of way of State Road A 1-A and the South line of said
Section 11;thence run North at a right angle to the said South line a distance of 207 feet;thence run
West and parallel to the said South line a distance of 432 feet;thence run South to a point on the said

South line of Section 11;thence run East along the South lime of Section 11 a distance of 432 feet to the
point of beginning.
And the said Assignor does hereby warrant-and covenant to and with the Assignee as follows:
I..That the Assignor is the present holder of the said Co-Operative Apartment Proprietary Lease;
that they have not pledged,assigned,transferred,encumbered or otherwise hypothecated said
lease; that they are not in default in any way in the performance of their obligations under said
Lease;and that they have good right and authority to assign said Proprietary Lease.
2. That they have received no notice of any special assessments levied by the Board of Directors
of said Co-operative Apartment; and that all installments of regular assessments due as of the
date of this Assignment have been timely-paid by Assignor.
3. That there are no parties in actual possession of the apartment which is subject to said
Proprietary Lease other than the Assignor.
This Assignment is subject to all'of the terms and conditions contained in the said Co-Operative
Apartment Proprietary Lease'and the Assignee,by acceptance and recordation of this Assignment
assume,for themselves,their heirs and assigns all of the rights and obligations asset forth in said
Proprietary Lease and agree to be bound here
