Engineering(772)462-2184 returned my call-they do not issue ROW permits for private property or within the
airport.... he had a discussion with the John Wiatrak,the airport manager and said you can contact him at 772-462-
1727 Not sure why the airport manager would have anything to do with ROW but just passing the information on.
