The Owner is responsible for removing personal items, plants, vehicles, etc. from the work area. 3. Existing gutters will be removed or detached to allow for the installation of the new roofing system. Contractor will attempt to save the gutters however in the event they are damaged the Owner accepts full responsibility for said gutters. 4.
