PUBLIC COMMENT No member of the public spoke. Mr. Pancoast announced the upcoming TPO meeting. APPROVAL OF JANUARY 18T" MINUTES After a motion and second, the minutes were unanimously approved. UNDER-UTILIZED PROPERTIES UPDATE Mr. Retherford distributed the attached list of St. Lucie County properties and explained the restrictions on sale of various parcels listed. Mr. Pancoast started discussion about the logistics center and strings attached. Mr. Retherford plans to come back and Citizens Budget Committee February 15, 2019 Page 2 update the Committee in the future. He informed the group of some of the challenges. Mr. Mucklow applauded the efforts of Facilities. The Airport property was discussed. STRATEGIC PRIORITIES Ms. Hill started by introducing the members of her staff that were attending the meeting. She began the attached PowerPoint with Strategic Priorities. During her presentation, Mr. Gotz started discussion on the stadium and expressed kudos for the savings because of the clinic. Mr. Mucklow started discussion on the transit system. Mr. Hensley asked about concerns regarding amendments by the State. The second part of Ms. Hill's attached presentation dealt with Strategic Planning. Mr. Pancoast announced an expansion of Pursuit Boats. Ms. Olson and Ms. Griffin added to the information. Maverick Boats is also planning expansion. Mr. Kearney and Mr. Culverhouse complimented staff. INFORMAL BOCC UPDATE Ms. Hill informed the Committee that the gas tax agreement was discussed at the February 12th meeting. OTHERISSUES Mr. Pancoast asked the members to let him know if they would like more information on any topic. Mr. Mucklow started discussion on South Bridge and North Bridge.
