Re: Demo and Removal of Unit from Lot 1329
Dear Ms. Perry,
The Association approves of the removal of the unit from Lot 1329,provided that the lot will be finished with
acceptable pavement for RV parking or new construction of a dwelling. Plans for new construction or pavement
must be submitted to Nettles Island for review and approval. Upon completion your Lot must be clean and free
of debris.
Please comply with the Nettles Island Procedure Governing Contractor and Building Activity on Nettles Island,
and if required,provide us with a copy of the permit.
Also,please be advised that all Architectural approvals issued by Nettles Island are valid for six(6)months. If
additional time is needed, owners must submit supporting documentation to request an additional six(6)
months.

therefore, or for any defect in any structure constructed there from, and said persons further specifically,
exclude from such approval any implied warranty of merchantability and fitness for any purpose.
