Dear Mr. Cullins:
Your application to divide Lot 16 and include one-half with each of
Lots 15 and 17 to create a total of two building lots has been
approved as a Lot Split.
Please be aware that Section 11.03.04 of the St. Lucie County Land
Development Code provides that no further division of an approved
lot split is permitted unless a final record plat is prepared and.
