Dear Mr. Spar:
Your application to divide Lot 27 and include one-half with each of
Lots 26 and 28 to create a total of two building lots has been
approved as a Lot Split.
Please be aware that Section 11.03.04 of the St. Lucie County Land
Development Code provides that no further division of an approved
lot split is permitted unless a final record plat is prepared and
approved in accordance with the code.

Dear Mr. Spor:
We received your lot split application and upon initial review find
there are several items that do not meet submission requirements-
Therefore, the application is being returned and I would suggest
that you call for an appointment and come into the office so I can
sit down-with you and go over the paperwork to provide specific
details of corrections that need to be made.
In addition, there is a $25. fee to process a lot split and did not
find a check with the paperwork when I received it.
