parcels has tentatively been review and approved as submitted. Upon receipt ora recorded Warranty
Deed reft ecting final division of the property you will receive a final Letter of Approval.
Please be aware that Section 11.03.04 of the St. Lucie County Land Development Code provides that
no further division of an approved lot split is permitted unless a final record plat is prepared and
approved in accordance with the code.
