Your application to divide the referenced property has been
approved as follows.
Proposed Parcel 1 must be combined with a parcel immediately
adjacent on the south described by property Tax ID# 2302-421-0001-
000/3 currently owned by Marnez Groves in accordance with the
survey and legal descriptions submitted.
Please be aware that Section 11.03.04 of the St. Lucie County Land
Development Code provides that no further division of an approved
lot split is permitted unless a final record plat is prepared and
approved in accordance with the code.
